Want to upskill employees but don't want to inc their salary. New parameter everyday to achieve and no appreciation for achieving them. Forget Abt promotion it's only for boot lickers of higher management

No extra monetary benefits & reimbursements which large MNCs usually give. No annual bonus, low yearly appraisal compared to other org, Bad & incompetent lower level managers in some of the processes & teams causing bad work culture and gap between company's culture & culture in those teams they intentionally bottleneck yearly appraisal percentage at their end although it happens in some teams not in entire org. No perks like regular yearly reimbursements amount for gadgets used for doing job wfh just one time credit, no reimbursements towards physical & mental wellbeing like gym membership reimbursement/yoga classes and all.
