Good company for freshers to enter into corporate.

Toxic culture. Very less appraisal. Lot of partiality. ZERO facilities provided {except for parking and canteen(paid) and cockroach had been found in Maggie in canteen recently} No bonus. Culture here is to work for max 1.5 yrs and switch. Senior Management is partial and toxic.

Ever since I started working in the company, at first it was good, after that when the work started increasing, there are very few workers and there is a lot of work pressure, the company does not recruit people in order to save money, we have to spend 16+ hours.

Company culture and Higher management is great.....work life balance is there....train and development is awesome......

Salary is comparatively lower than other companies...rest is good. Inner local politics is there. But its not an company issue.

On time salary. A well known company. Good for career starters only, not for experienced.

Dislikes

Working Saturdays. No employee facilities at all. Long working hours usually 12+ hours and it is taken as flexible shift. No trainings and no career development. Not stable. Managers do not value individual's unique strengths and just needs your hands to work without any creativity or innovative ways. Company have very high attrition rate.
