...ther member acts as a TL and wants to just manage 6. Baised 7. Low appraisals . Also depends on performance but have experienced some of the very best performers still having very less salary. 8. No flexibility in work . Not a proper environment. Pathetic work culture. 9. 0 benefits and not an employee entric company. 10. Only join incase u are a fresher or if u want a learning. But best to join as a fresher and switch after getting a bit of experience. If any better opportunities available, blindly go there.

...cycle then you don't get an increment. Over all the company is very faltu 😁. once you hired as a fresher your salary is 15k and after completing your internship then your salary is 20k. management is very faltu.

It was the worst experience to work in this company, although I read the review from glassdoor before joining still, I joined hoping that things will be fine but really it was a wrong decision from my side. There are some:- No Work-Life, people can call you any time, the manager will say you will not sleep today until you finish the work. The timing is 9 am to 6 pm but you are supposed to be available till 11pm. If you are thinking of to go in any party by 8 pm as the shift ends by 6 pm, stop.. send other members of the family. as they can ask you why were you not available at 8 pm? Leave will never be approved, you will have to take it forcefully. The manager uses abusive language. People in team says "Agar aaj kaam finish nahi hua to manager jaan le lega".
