Below point due i dislike this organisation. 1) Company Culture : Its depend on how older you are being with the organisation. 2) Work Satification : Depened on team, But maximun same thing happing in all team. Dont have work life balance. 3) Skilled delopement : Not recommended this organisation. 4) Job Security : Not recommended 5) Pramotions / Apprisals : If you are very close with your manager then you defently get what you want. 6) Leaves : You have to take approval from directore if you want to take more then 2 days leave.

Did not like travel process every employee is traveling zero work life balance people are spending on own money for travel and reimbursement process takes 45 days. No work life balance at all.
