Salary increment is very poor it depends upon your manager. Senior managers are stick on the chair from years. Some managers are very egoistic, targeting new comers, not behaving well with newcomers also. Instead of focusing on the growth and well being of their teams, they target employees, berating them for minor issues or personal reasons.

...ing to your seniors/upper management then you can succeed in the team everytime. There is huge disparity in the salary structure. Some who worked for long on only one project gets higher salary pack. Promotion- No criteria of promotion. If you are upper manager and your seniors fav then you can succeed in the M. Team. Team politics- Digital managers, PM and higher Managers (dual faced person) are only busy in bad, ugly and shameless politics against their colleagues. Behaviour: The behaviour of the higher Managers/management, PM and their boss, DM is very rude, they take everything personally and not professionally, egoist and selfish nature. Higher manager and their subordinate (PM, DM, ) target, do injustice and disrespect their employees even thought that employee is right in doing his work. Backbiting and using foul languages for employees is sorry part of these managers. ** There are few exceptions too in this company*** I know they will try to delete this message because I have given only few examples which they do and they will not handle this. :) There is more I will publish soon. ;) Thanks!!
