Work learning and work culture is good. Transport provide from company . Babysitting and pregnancy to meternity benefits provided by company.

Dislikes

Company salary is not fulfilled our needs, so salary is not all ok but in benefits is festival bonus and gift is ok. Work - Life is not balanced. No promotions in this work. Company culture is not all good Dressing problem and home made snacks not allowed whenever tiffin time is step wise so long tiffin time employees is hunger but home made food isn't allowed. That is not good.

Very nice organisation,Good teammates, good training,job permanent after 6 months,and good salary free cab and nice environment, good career growth also timings also good and monthly 2 Saturday 4 Sunday leave.

... for the all festivals enjoy the moments yearly 1 tour program is will aaranged. But unfortunatley last 2 years bonus amount is too low, all emloyees very disopointed including me . Below rs.20,000/m employees very disopointed, Otherwise increment is good. I am sure suggested this company 100% good.

Good atmosphere for learning in particular department

Dislikes

Poor management they will Suck the life of someone .They just need the work to be done at any cost.Poor approach from the seniors there.If we don't like and planning to leave the company also they won't let us go off easily and torture us even more. The senior will use unparliamentary words when there is an issue.

Management always focusing to improve business only and they won't any care about employees growth and don't have right concern teams to realizing employees mind set..
