There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

I had a very Bad experience with FIRSTSOURCE Solutions Ltd. Things were really good initially but as time passed I felt that I was at the wrong place. ... The Process Managers and the HR at FIRSTSOURCE thinks that no body is better than them.

...ings. From HR to All Management people are same. Nothing is employees concerned. Even they don pay what you worked. End of the your effort n hard work is charity for the company. Company its own policy accordingly them. There is no training team but expectations are more than perfection.

The complete Management. Even for female concern and complaints they take more time that to employees has to follow up with HR.

the interview process is easy, Colleagues are cooperative, and infrastructure is nice.

Dislikes

Transport is terrible.they don't provide cabs, only night time they provide for females and males have to pay around 2750. There is poor growth of career, many times TL becomes biased.

Salary package is better when compared to other companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Sutherland BPO Companies

They'll treat you like labourers, no work life balance, they not at all value their employees and no leaves even after 6 months also the leave policy is there. I not at all prefer anyone to come this side. until and unless you are in a desperate need of money or job
