Toxic culture, no work life balance, unprofessionalism, no leaders to guide you, don't give reimbursements on time, they take more clients than they can service and put too much work on a few people. No proper systems in place, leadership is not good. Someone has commented flexible work hours. No it's false.

1) Bad behaviour by the management. 2) No system of doing things at all. 3) You are expected to use your credit card for the company's payments. This is how absurd this company is.
