Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is the worst place I chose to work. Still regret taking up the job here on First opinion.

Dislikes

There is nothing good about the company. Your skills and efforts are not recognized. Your hard work is down the drain and is not appreciated. The compensation sucks. The job is at weird times. Only privilege is that you get to work from home but that is also not easy with a lot of stress from the company and co-workers. Glad I got out of this mess and not going back again there. I'm still waiting for my relieving letter and it's been 1and a half year since I left the company.
