Salary negotiation and salary structure. 10% variable thing is little unwelcomeing thing as per my view

Not much just job security is good with leaves in number though they may or may not allow you based on project

As you become well committed employee you get more work to be finished but the pay remains same

...re running in cloud. Good training facilities. Flexible timings Good policies. Salary is as per industry standards. Very good team. Encouragement to learn new technologies and take new opportunities. Free snacks and Tea. Short term onsite based on project requirements.

Limited WFH options based on project. Cafeteria is not great. No cab facilities for regular Timing.

Work Culture & Team work is good (Until you have job to do on the Team). Team members are very nice.

...ll using legacy technologies, No chance to learn new thing & improve our skills. As usual like any other US company, no promotions or salary increase.

Not satisfied with the salary part. Your hike will be adjusted with the existing package. You will get the same salary even after the hike. And package is included with the incentive part which is almost 10-15% of your CTC.
