Not a bad organization to work with. Job security is there, work culture is still in progress, the management is fine, Company policies should be improved. There is a lot of chances to learn from.

You can do job as much as possible. No work life balance. Not a great appraisal policy. But not a bad place to be in.

Unstructured factory culture in an education center is unacceptable. I Like only the external look -ambiance-of it.inside shallow anyway.
