Focus is solely on patchwork and customer-centric quick fixes, resulting in an unstable product. 2. Job Security and Work-Life Balance: No job security. Work is not timely or structured; employees are overloaded with tasks. The CEO explicitly states that this is not a 9-to-6 job, demanding constant availability. 3. Management Issues: CEO appoints relatives to higher positions, raising concerns about favoritism. Only select individuals provide good ratings, skewing the overall perception. Advice to Management: Focus on building a stable product instead of relying on patchwork. Improve work-life balance and create a fair, unbiased work culture.

This company itself is an nightmare to work for. The management is a disaster, and it's clear only CEO's cousins and friends are given position of power, regardless of skill and experience. The organisation operates like a chaotic school project, with no direction, poor communication and zero accountability. People are unprofessional and don't know how to communicate and resolve the issues properly. Working here was mentally exhausting, and it was a daily struggle. Avoid this company at all costs-it's not worth your time & energy.
