Likes

Salary is on time even in lockdown and excellent incentive structure. Seniors are very supportive and friendly nature . Good place for work you can work here for long period of time .

Dislikes

They don’t take everyone as permanent staff some selective employees are permanent only that’s why everyone can not get some benefits

...ng in this firm (finwizz management consultant) there is no job security here...we also not get proper salary the first month of lockdown..we are unpaid from month of april.

Dislikes

...tics more then work..no support from senior's or head.. we got multi task work..but the salary is remain same

Only lunch time i like in this organization

A lot of thing...... Tea.... Sallary..... Loan disbursement ratio..... Team leader not good..... Team manager also not understanding & good....... Overall ratings is form my side minus but minus option is not here & yaa specifically Hr is third class is very cheap lady......... I don't even want give her rate........

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
