very poor company, never join this, you will be in trouble if you'll ask for salary, very bad company.

...ntive plain , No work load, teammates are supportive, management is transparent. Appraisal are not fair they dont give salary hike

Politics are there also they not giving decent salary career growth is slow , basic training is good but process training is bad , every trainer has their different theory which is very confusing for bignner

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillng. Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bounce every year.

Superb Management very supportive and the way they handled the whole transition during Covid was really commendable. The work culture and environment is superb. The technologies used are latest so from a work experience perspective, the learning that you get working on some of the products is unmatched.

Dislikes

Compensation & Benefits can be improved to match the industry standards, its a product organization and benefits are that of a services organization.
