- Recently, I faced the biggest financial scam in the organization as below, Your CTC contains the salary annual bonus gratuity they have a old rigid process that they release bonus in 2 parts 30in march and 70in September. Now, I have resigned recently and still I'm in the organization and serving notice period though they haven't paid the bonus amount which was deducted every month from my salary so please don't join this organization if you want to earn real money. here, they will show you a good picture in paper only but when you join you will realize the actual scenario and it was too late for you to join another company. - I worked here more than 4 years, still they are behaving like enemy with me. - They have 3 months notice period and they expect the candidate to join in 15 days. - They do not provide any reallocation charges, if they say then take an advance from them as I have experienced many times that they changed there mind immediately. - Don't trust the management, you will never see their real face. They commit the different things and they act differently..

Too much politics, you can be fired any time, no proper management(you will not get a reply on time, and if you are lucky to get then it will not be as excepted), if you are a particular PM, then you will be asked for update in frequent time and will criticize you that task does not require that much time and they are planning for your termination so be prepared.

- immediately fire the employee - they don't believe in improving the skills, they just will just give you the notice of one month - The best part is when you resign, you have to suffer complete 3 months - Almost all the work completed by the interns only, the project managers only manage you, - I personally faced many issues due to Micro management in the organization - office politics : oh my god ! mind blowing players, if there is a prize for the office politics, every manager will win the first prize.

Badly Managed Company, Playing with Employees Career once they recruits, they just fired them once they realise they do not have projects, company is facing financial crisis, this company is already shutoff 3 times earlier. No management, No HR, No Managers
