- Recently, I faced the biggest financial scam in the organization as below, Your CTC contains the salary annual bonus gratuity they have a old rigid process that they release bonus in 2 parts 30in march and 70in September. Now, I have resigned recently and still I'm in the organizat ion and serving notice period though they haven't paid the bonus amount which was deducted every month from my salary so please don't join this organization if you want to earn real money. here, they will show you a good picture in paper only but when you join you will realize the actual scenario and it was too late for you to join another company. - I worked here more than 4 years, still they are behaving like enemy with me. - They have 3 months notice period and they expect the candidate to join in 15 days. - They do not provide any reallocation charges, if they say then take an advance from them as I have experienced many times that they changed there mind immediately. - Don't trust the management, you will never see their real face.
