Full Stack Developer - Java/Node.js (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop application modules while coordinating with the rest of the team working on various layers of the infrastructure. A strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering high-quality products is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from the SRS phase to development and delivery.

- Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable application modules with adherence to company standards.

- Ensure the highest levels of performance, quality, and responsiveness in applications.

- Apply Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles, reusable components, and code optimization techniques.

- Deliver performance-optimized code within the committed timeline while adhering to company-defined procedures and standards.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive recommendations and solutions.

- Demonstrate clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills :

- Expertise in Node.js/Java, Express/Spring Boot, React, Redux, Angular, and databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL for building scalable and efficient web applications.

- Familiarity with additional frameworks like MVC or React Native is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git is beneficial.

Experience :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing mid to large-scale web applications.

- Strong understanding and experience with technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, Responsive CSS, Design Patterns, REST APIs, and databases like MySQL/MSSQL and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB).

- Proven ability to design client-side and server-side architectures.

- Experience building visually appealing, mobile-responsive front-end applications.

- Competence in writing effective APIs and developing well-functioning databases.

- Ability to multitask, organize, and plan work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
