1. Salaries will be credited time to time that is within first week only 2. Management will understand the situation if we stack anywhere in the work 3. If we take 1 or 2 days leaves then management won't deduct the amount from the salary

Dislikes

1. Very poor work environment because there are no seniors, no Team leader, no project Manager to support work and for skills improvement 2. They won't follow proper documentation for a project and more frequently they change the requirements means, there is no consistency in the project requirements 3. Salaries will be very less and there is no performance bonus and very less increments 4. There is no PF, ESI and annual leaves for employees 5. After resignation, there is no guarantee for providing of our documents(exp letter, relieving letter etc) 6. Job security is very less in this company. They will terminate the employees immediately without any advance notice if any inconvenience
