...nagement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria . company policies are good .appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

Credit team worst 10 hour work shift(9 they say but 1 hour every alternate day) Crazy work load(will have to work on sundays as well) No team lunch dinner or any other benefits no incentives or OT, Credit team=welcome to the worst team

If there was option for marking 10 stars I would like to give 10...!! Finnable technologies has a great staff and colleagues office environment was very friendly and chill vibes...!! Everything was great❤️

If something has positive side then it has negative sides as well...!! But there is not such negative or dislikes about the company...!!

Here at Finnable,skill development part and career growth is very good. If I talk work life balance it's also good overall is good company.

The attrition rate is very high in this company. Being stable in this company is very tough but if one can he got a lot than expected.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i nothing like to working in his company its startup every next day process changed . Working with finnable no one can managed there personal and professional life .even employee can not take leave .

Growth is slow .I have to work 15 to 18 hours . straigh in a day as i have to attend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night manager do not value an individuals uiwe strengths .
