Everything is cons here. I am a frustrated employee of this organization.

... you have to come daily and serve 8:30 working hours also excluding lunch break. if you are unable to complete working hours then you will get an email for a salary deduction. (note: they will target your salary ) -> once you plan a to take leave then they will reject your planned leave. if you still take leave they will deduct your salary. (My salary got deducted because of some urgent reason not able to come office and they told me you have to planned leave) -> policy will change monthly basis so be careful. -> bad culture because company director Shabbir sheikh will listen to everything from the camera. If you talk more or go outside for urgent calls or anything then they will call you or message you:"Apke pas kam hai ya nahi?". so this will really bad culture and environment ever for employees. -> One more person is left. the person who is known as a blockchain architect and technical mentor. please at least improve your basics. hope you will improve your skill set. this guy will call you on weekends for work and not give you a work-life balance. this guy is responsible for humility to employees. will give you fake promise to you for Dubai and Australia. -> I know I am a frustrated employee but trying to save your life.

...ly, no clear goal. Lots of rework and no project management. NO HR PROFESSIONAL. Quite low pay and other absurd rules. Basically its like they think as they have employed you, they own you.

Bad work culture. management is very poor. very bad security policy with huge amount of bond amount(1 lakh) and salary like 16k. never suggest to join this company. full fake promises with like dubai travel and bonus.
