Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing is good..waste of career. CEO and Managers are highly unprofessional. They are only money oriented. They don't think about employee wellbeing. They don't give hike. Also *favoritism* is integral part of system.

They have a person who is like golu from Tarak Mehta and behaves like yakk, but he is funny kind king of Fineshift. Invests in his company well beings forgetting employees most of the time. Great people bad founder/CEO
