No skill growth. Most of the employees are relative to each other so company politics is present. Within same team for know employe working from home and other are working from office, is not fair.

For sure you will grow because you will get to work on latest technology.

You are asked to complete your work in short period of time. They will not give enough time so you have to stretch tour timings and low salary.

I am working at client location. When ever I needed information or to know about the policies findability management has responded and provided information. They behaved professionally, work cluture is good, management is approachable and company policies are ok.

Dislikes

There are not employee benefits though it is small company, minimum benefits should be provided.

Very Unprofessional and terrible experience with Findability Sciences! They terminated many people because of Covid19 and had audacity to say we are supporting everyone here! Managers are playing politics and HR Supporting them all the way!

Dislikes

Micromanagement coupled with politics. Less empathy shown towards everyone.
