Salary will be a good one , able to enhance tech skills, learn new tech. They are using recent new technologies only

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. If u want only 1-2 years of experience in Finastra for gaining knowledge about recent tech u can.

...timing is flexible. Compared to other private firms, here job security is there. They are paying good salary for employees.

Dislikes

We are not getting a chance to develop our skills. They are not giving any technical training to freshers. For those people, who joined Finastra as a fresher are not getting a platform to learn new technical stuffs. Only product knowledge is given to those people. I think that's something Finastra needs to change. For some team workload is high & for others they may not be having any work. So everything depends on the team to which you are going.

The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.

Food is too much costly, you need to wait more for promotions, salary also needs to raise.

Most of the people come with enthusiasm to start working with Finastra and end up loosing their work life balance and satisfaction. They have a lot of glitches in their system and fixing them takes a lot time which the managers don’t give making the employees life hell

...ues, and innumerable follow up. They give opportunities only to their favorites. They always ask to work on weekends without compensation or allowances

Only the offered package at the time of joining is good and if you are lucky you would get good bonus as well

Company culture is worst, there are many senior developers who don’t have much skills and they are unworthy to outside markets are getting promoted and getting good hikes only because they are good at buttering and politics Skilled and talented people leave Finsatra within two years due to pathetic work culture and bad politics
