...ew things. There has not been any default in salary payments. Good Job Security. No variable pay for employees who are in grades M1 and M2. Work pressure depends on the team and the project your in. Most of the managers are supportive and friendly. In general, there will be a friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Irregular appraisal pattern. 2. Not much of recognition for the work done. 3. Don't expect infrastructure to be at par with other major companies. The cafeteria is very small which does not have much seating capacity. 4. Lots of infighting within the departments. 5. No WFH option. (For corona lock down, they have introduced WFH but not sure if it will be available in future.)

Working experience is fine but there not having any appreciation or salary growth I am nervous about this company and aslo sitting on client office

They are having bond about 2 years you have to complete 2 years compulsory and senior management is not good having nepotism.it is Chennai basis company of you want growth they are hiring 3-4 years experience and giving 20k to 25k salary.some manager is not working R D dislike.

Mostly all the team in FSS provide you with code responsibility, which is risky for fss but as an employee you get to experience all the phases of development cycle.

... to 1am of next day for 3 months straight. I didn't used to have dinner as well. But today after 2 years of handelling everything by my self, my salary is 4.5LPA. They don't care about you

Working is good but not getting proper hike on salary need to understand the employee and every time 15aug and 26 jan is different for support employees same are getting benefitted and same not getting .

Not much benefits to employee. People who are in the organisation from last ten years will not give much chance to interact with clients. Dirty politics and low increment.
