Working is good but not getting proper hike on salary need to understand the employee and every time 15aug and 26 jan is different for support employees same are getting benefitted and same not getting .

They mentioned all employees are same why they mentioned Maharashtra is other state are different

The best thing here to work in diffrent environment and as it is a production based organisation we can learn multiple things based on payments domain.

The worst thing ever you face here like promotions,appraisal & salary benefits.

...ew things. There has not been any default in salary payments. Good Job Security. No variable pay for employees who are in grades M1 and M2. Work pressure depends on the team and the project your in. Most of the managers are supportive and friendly. In general, there will be a friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Irregular appraisal pattern. 2. Not much of recognition for the work done. 3. Don't expect infrastructure to be at par with other major companies. The cafeteria is very small which does not have much seating capacity. 4. Lots of infighting within the departments. 5. No WFH option. (For corona lock down, they have introduced WFH but not sure if it will be available in future.)

We can improve our skills from time to time with our manager's support. Time to undergo training depends on the work/project we were into.

Dislikes

Work-life balance will be a toss if you are not precise about what you do. Compensation is good for experienced professionals who join newly, not for old employees

If you joined as experienced then it would be great bcz you will get better fixed package. Job security is there bcz FSS have their own products. Free tea, coffee, milk. Greenary ambience. Transport facility is there. Best and safe for female employees. Quibical work space, feels like privacy. Parking zone for bike and cars.

Dislikes

For freshers 3 years bond, fells like it is a jail to them. Cafeteria will open at particular time. Legacy technologies. Less resources in a team, so feels like some work pressure at some case's. Formal dress code with shoes for boys. Small cafeteria, struggle to find out, table at afternoon lunch time.
