Frankly there is nothing to like about this company. Only positive about this company is that anyone can get the job as a tutor.

Dislikes

1. Pay not on time, always delayed. 2. They find excuses to cut your salary 3. They change contract conditions after signing the contract and blackmail saying they will terminate you. 4. No job security. 5. Horrible HR team. 6. Their servers are always faulty, even when you send them proof of faulty server, they don't own up to it and blame it on the tutors. 7. No job growth 8. They fire they whole tutors every 5 months and rehire new ones at lower rates. They follow this everytime. Don't join this company. If it was feasible, I would send them a legal notice of contract violation.

Fee is good they even pay for demo classes but no security they would terminate you any time they want they would hire you anything again they need you ..no ethics

Everything except salary ... nothing is good and secure except you'll get good salary

Pay grade is extremely low. No scope for increment. They don't care what you are going through. Just work preference. No other perks. You have to give lot of time exactly double to achieve your targets. Like 6 hrs for 3- 3.5hrs teaching time .

Worst ever online teaching platform with respect to both teacher and student

Worst policy. No freedom of teaching. They will block you without any proper or silly reasons and won't even pay you the money you earned after so much of hardworking. #BoycottFILO

...s not too tough to achieve with pro routine you can easily complete your target. Salary is too good 👍👍. There is no delay is salary every 1st of month you salary is in your account.

Dislikes

Everything is very good with company like salary, work culture etc. Some drawbacks are some features in app. This is technically solved in future.
