I am working with filo from 4 months. I am very satisfied with filo. There is no target pressure. Target is there but now when I become verified tutor. Target is not too tough to achieve with pro routine you can easily complete your target. Salary is too good 👍👍. There is no delay is salary every 1st of month you salary is in your account.

Dislikes

Everything is very good with company like salary, work culture etc. Some drawbacks are some features in app. This is technically solved in future.

As a beginner you have to struggled more. But with time it become habit to work with daily routine.
