Like when we spend time on filo, we have to look for session demands . It takes some time more time as usual. Other wise no bad experience.

don't have joint decision to layoff peoples, job can go easily anytime. upper management layoff peoples to save their friends job who don't play a single role . whole company take decision on the basics of sheet.. don't have ground clarity .

Co workers are co-operative and helpful. One need to invest themselves for initial 3-4 months to get absorbed in the organisation. It is a startup, so expect a bit extra turbulence in your job responsibility. But in long run this will add a good experience to your portfolio

Decisions are taken by the upper management , like hiring and firing of employees. So even giving your best does not cement your place in the org. for long.
