...pect to get a new curriculum - oiling the administration is your job security. - don't provide form 16 and the employer's share pf is deducted from your salary itself. -boast about activity based learning but ultimately end up to no result.

Salary package is comparatively better than any other cbse school and accommodation and flooding is free for residential teachers.

Dislikes

Too much of work pressure with a very disrespectful behavior from the management. No holidays even on national holidays, too much drama in accepting a desired holiday application under correct rules. A lot of lies promised in the appointment letter. Late salaries, no payment slips. And a lot more

At my school, we were taught in a way that was different from some other schools. Instead of memorizing facts and figures, our teachers encouraged us to think critically and creatively. Additionally, there are some members of the management team who exhibit mysterious behavior and have even forced some teachers to leave their positions mid-year. No holidays even on Sundays have to work.. Every new day the way to make lesson plan changes..Expect you to attend meetings even after tiring day of work....And endless discussions about employees personal life.
