There is no such things which we can like here. Horrible work environment. Few colleagues are very political. Authorities interferes a lot both in proffessional as well as personal life. Lots of spy everywhere to keep an eye for each and everything. They have been kept to listen what we talk on phone. Colleagues are not allowed to talk to each other much. Work pressure. No personal time for self. Food is also average. Separate food for authorities and employees. No respect for teachers. Few non teaching staffs doesn't have manners to behave with the teachers. If at all they give a chance for team outings, they keep on prasing themselves as if they have done some favour on us and in the name of that team outing they make us work hard and hard. Authorities behavior towards teachers is not good at all. Fees are collected from the students but no payment for back up classes to the teachers. I would never recommend anyone to work in this school. This school is having a bad history of ill treatment and high work pressure towards teachers, therefore many good teachers left the school before 1 year or maximum they work here for 1 year just for teaching experience. Work Details

Working here is so hectic. Apart from working hours, teachers work here from 4.30-7.00 pm for back up classes for weak students. Moreover authorities pressurize us to work more and more, so that we won't get any leisure time for ourselves.

I have some concerns about the work culture and location of my school. Additionally, there are some members of the management team who exhibit mysterious behavior and have even forced some teachers to leave their positions mid-year.
