First of all I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to FIL for giving me multiple opportunities to work with them although I have spent 2.7 year approx in FIL but while working with this organisation I did not feel any overwhelming responsibilities , However I was indulged in wrong team and eventually left due to that in last days but still want to depicts my views about this company, I had great time while working here with mesmerizing environment , I seriously respect the overall integrity and dedication of this company towards their employees. Like school is temple of learning I must say corporates like fidelity are temple of learning new things and experiences in life...... In future i would love to work with FIL Again.

its not about company it is about some people who restrict progress of employee who are deserving.
