They do not give salary on time. They steal Agents Incentives. People in management are liar. They only wants there profit. They will give false dates for salary. They steal PF & Income tax also.

Fierce Hound Media and Consulting Pvt. Ltd.'s biggest strength is the balance they offer between one's work life and private life. Since it's a relatively new company in the market, there are many opportunities for growth, which when compared to the market, is faster than most.

Dislikes

...fessional opinions. Apart from this, there is little to no room for innovation. The hiring package is below par, in comparison to the market and the reward cycle is inconsistent.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
