Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.
...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.
...g no yearly appraisal given even after 1.6 years of waiting due to cost cutting. 100% Bonus will also go away after sometimes due to which our salary decreasses 10% after sometimes.
