Professional growth is pretty slow here it will take years to reach next level. Company should restructure there salary structure as per industry and Inflation.

It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.
