Got the exposure on various network technologies. FIS follow quarterly cycle for variable pay and pay almost 100% which is good compared to service base companies.

Very disappointing appraisal cycle. Throughout the year I have reported to one manager and at the time of final review Suddenly Manager Change ( Happened 3 times) which affect my appraisal.

Their mediclaim facility is the only good thing about the company.

...te calls and talk to senior managers/peers on those calls. Rest THEY DO NOTHING. Overall 2/5 rating from me(2 rating only because their health package is one of the best in the industry). Also if you join FIS be ready to manage with meagre yearly increments.
