...e shifts they set the shift as they want to...after one week or after two week..and what you work is not enough the salary they give.

...ow, but I will really miss FIS as it was my first ever job in an MNC like FIS. They give salary in the month end and they give you salary in the morning and when you wake up, your face lights up that yes the money is credited. Incentive was good, pay structure and benefits everything was good.

That time they give me work from home but now there's no such option so hybrid

Dislikes

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
