In terms of job security and employee growth, fidelity thinks a lot and always on high priority. It's a good company to work.

Dislikes

Salary wise it should improve little bit. Aprta from this all things are good.

It's really an amazing organization with a lot of work ethics. Senior leaderships are really skilled and approachable. Enjoying the journey.

Dislikes

The pay could be better. Promotional opportunities it a bit stagnant. Hybrid setup is a bit rigid, more flexibility in hybrid setup would be helpful.

Though learning opportunities are good there is scope for improvement in terms of application of the same in the work.

The company provides everything that is needed for an individual in a day to day basis and employees are friendly to new joiners.

Dislikes

They don’t provide challenging work that has a good impact on one’s satisfaction. The pay compared to the counterparts are very less. The pay scale revision for certain roles have not been done for the past 10 years. The stipend they provide during internship needs a serious revision.
