My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Abosolutely nothing.The company always looks for an opportunity to deduct money from your salary. Also they does not pay on time. Fidelis also does not your full and final settlement ever.

Worst company of the decade. If you are ok with getting late salary. The people never pick calls when you are need. The medical facility is rubbish I broke my hand and they didn't helped me with any insurance they claimed providing at the time of joining. They will never answer any queries if you will call them. It is like a kirana store and you will be doing bandhua majhdoori.
