Do not join as a lateral. Too much politics. Terrible work culture. There is no appreciation for hard work. Promotions are based on face value. People who don't do any work but are great at office politics are promoted.

- Product based company - Excellent work life balance - Good environment - Good facilities at office - Gives good opportunity to learn and grow - Free food xD - Occasional bonuses - Transparent CTC structure

Dislikes

- Compensation not at par with industry - For most of the roles, the starting designation for freshers is Associate, you will be promoted to Engineer-1 and then Engineer-2, however in most of the other companies, they start with Engineer-1 itself. - Quality of work is very much dependent on the team you are in.

Likes

Freedom to learn for freshers/less experienced guys, Good compensation, work-life balance (if you can manage only). Little flexible working hours if you are an individual contributor.

Dislikes

In short it’s a “Old age home”, oldies never learn & work and so let you not also. Buddy-business rocks here. Learning & career growth will be almost zero for 7+yrs experienced guys.

Good work life balance and a keen approach by the management to improve the processes and well being of the employees.

Dislikes

Low growth potential and work satisfaction especially if you're technically ambitious.

good work culture. not a great pay master. but taking care of their employees. if you are within their budget then you can think of long go otherwise they will fire you one fine day

they dont know proper resource handling and utilization
