The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Work culture is very good. Work-life balance is good. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Team mates come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Job security is the issue. Salary hike is OK However, basic component in the salary is very less. Travel will be there occasionally. less politics. Occasionally over time will be there.

Through working in this company specially in Mosul I did not find this company is interested to developed their employee by training course so from my side it was bad and not good working with them

The compensation is too low .the work pressure is very high sometimes ,I did not received any appreciated email and their is no training on job for freshers and its some times was not good uncovering work

Due to the competition in the market, Projects are won with fewer Budgets and need to do careful planning to complete the projects.

Everything. Orthodox thinking. No plans for future growth. MNC company become a Lala company nowdays. Working culture is nasty. Total Hitler rule in this organisation. Sad but good people already left the organisation and few are still working.
