Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Work culture is very good. Work-life balance is good. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Team mates come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Job security is the issue. Salary hike is OK However, basic component in the salary is very less. Travel will be there occasionally. less politics. Occasionally over time will be there.
