1. No standard company policy for anything 2. No guaranteed job security can be removed anytime 3. Works with single persons decision 4. No proper relieving is done even after employee resigns 5. Incentives are shown only in paper nothing comes in hand 6. No standard prices and price list which frustrates customer 7. No PF is paid as per company norm 8. Prices to customers are not given to everyone at same level. 9. Top Management person never visits customers and penalise them by saying we can’t supply when they send orders with relationship with sales person 10. No standard training is given anytime and difficult for anyone to learn 2000 products but expects sales person to do 300 times just bcoz one is hired. 11. Appointment letter is not given even after 6 months of joining but they terminate an employee when employee says he wants to resign.

Dislikes

Working here is like working with a dealer or distributor concern nothing much to say. Can join only if ur a fresher not suitable for persons coming from a MNC culture.
