Dislikes

This is not a company, it is mental trauma center. Management never think about employees. There is no plan is project, blindly they will go. If any senior or others left that position, they won't add others in that position. Actually there is no projects in the company simply they will make you to work on POC projects. They will not think about your experience your skills, simply they push you other tech projects. They fired many employees without any reason. Not proper timing will be provided for to complete task there is no micromanagement, they have nano management. There is no work life balance. They do cheap level politics.

Likes

I liked the work culture, helpful colleagues, fun interactive sessions and weekly design brainstorming sessions. The office location is really good. The design team is amazing, seniors help and guide through the project. There is open communication between cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

The founders are confused with their business strategies and they have no unity among themselves. There is no job security and growth in this company currently. As an Intern I didn't get a lot of experience work-wise. They are pathetic when it comes to payment, especially with interns. They do not stand by their words. They make false promises about payment and keep dodging when asked. Interns don't get to work on client projects.
