Only managers they will never visit market with u and only wants thing everymonth fullfill. Hr will never support u . He/she will talk only manager

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is good. Value of Lux office are great

1. Learning and development is very poorly designed. 2. clarity on how ones profile will growth is lacking. 3. Working Culture is not healthy lead by non clarity of Marketing HOD's 4. Long work hours, on an average day one can find people working till 8- 8:30 p.m in the office

There is nothing to like other than salary, HR does not pick phone and Managers do care about personal life but does not provide time.

Work life Balance=0 HR connect=0 Work timing=14-16 Hours ASE takes concall for 2 hours everyday in west region Demands ilogical targets and favours those sycphants (chaaplus).
