There is a lot of politics and the managment doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing to like other than salary, HR does not pick phone and Managers do care about personal life but does not provide time.

Work life Balance=0 HR connect=0 Work timing=14-16 Hours ASE takes concall for 2 hours everyday in west region Demands ilogical targets and favours those sycphants (chaaplus).

... is really good company for job, for enhance personal and professional growth. Management thinking about your salary and have lots of learning in organisation. Loving the job from last 3 years.
