It's a pretty laid-back working environment once you know what's expected of you. Excellent work-life balance; the best part is their training culture, which is uncommon in other companies. We learned a lot of things under the direction of Mr. Ram Kumar Kullai. We had a great time working for him.

In terms of advancement, the salary is inadequate.

Not at all good for project sales .Retail people are more benefited than project.Sometime your boss asked to take care for his dog also which retail people do .
