...s 4 Months will be settled at CTC, during joining it was not mentioned anywhere. As per company- industry practice this all settled & given on Basic Pay. 'Nothing just you will be Trap in Corporate way" No system at ground, rusk factory have more system then Fenesta

-Product quality -Fenesta Studio

Dislikes

-They deduct health insurance charges from salary. -petrol allowance are fixed which is 7 K for each month . Too difficult to travel entire month into the market. -Autocratic leadership style / Management -They do not provide laptop but pay you 1600 -1800 rs monthly basis but you have to purchase latest laptop with latest micro soft office OS. Old laptop is allowed to use by IT dep. -Hevy target but no operational support from service team for daily execution. -Appraisal / Hike are too time consuming. Do not announce within stipulated time. -Daily punching in office for sales staff. Very difficult to roam into the market for 1st half. -ETA for delivery of the material is on only on paper/documented but customer suffers at actual for execution. - incetives structure compare markt/cometations is toooo less. Etc -No incetives structure for specifiers the way it has be there. Too difficult to make them understand or get specified product for project. Competitors do it . -No crystel clarity on policy to its employees on car buyback policy. Highly hiden policy from HO. Etc ...

...lio and you have to follow it without any resistance whether you like it or not. Salary is on time that is the main reason most people doesn't want to switch. Car is provided by company on buy back policy means you have to buy that car when you leave the job on depreciated value at that time.

... say something about anything they will ask you questions about nothing. For eg. If you raise a question that price difference is huge between us and competition then they ask you whether you are ready to work on half salary. Decision making is very slow in higher authorities level. They run company in there own way.
