... say something about anything they will ask you questions about nothing. For eg. If you raise a question that price difference is huge between us and competition then they ask you whether you are ready to work on half salary. Decision making is very slow in higher authorities level. They run company in there own way.

It's a pretty laid-back working environment once you know what's expected of you. Excellent work-life balance; the best part is their training culture, which is uncommon in other companies. We learned a lot of things under the direction of Mr. Ram Kumar Kullai. We had a great time working for him.

In terms of advancement, the salary is inadequate.

...s 4 Months will be settled at CTC, during joining it was not mentioned anywhere. As per company- industry practice this all settled & given on Basic Pay. 'Nothing just you will be Trap in Corporate way" No system at ground, rusk factory have more system then Fenesta

On time salary, only hr policy leaves in this company gives some boost to your morale .

No proper learning and development , Poor management only focus on headquarter employees, Once you joined in this company , forget to get any calls from other good company.
