... If u want to ruin your career do join the company. Waste of time to work here. Very difficult to survive and get home meals atleast twice a day because they don't pay you your hard earned money.

Everything is worst ! Not only before joining but before going for interview think 10 thousand times. Better take feedback from the ex-employees before entering Feelwell.

The management is very supportive towards employees personal and professional growth. Their motto is to be a pioneer in changing the fashion industry norms where employees are poorly paid, no PF and Mediclaim facilities are given, no personal upliftment of an employee is done. They are so much into getting a culture where employee is valued and not be treated as slave. They give emphasis on employees work-life balance a lot. They provide retirement benefits and term-insurance benefits to all employees. The management's empathy level is high, which motivates all employees to contribute more towards the growth of company.

I worked there almost 3 years, worked with full dedication, mostly sunday also, always finished urgent project staying late in the office, came early to finish. Always thought feelwell is family, but feelwell always treated like employees. Feelwell didn't helped in the time of covid-19, infact said we can't pay you and can't afford you, and company don't need your service. This is how Feelwell treated at this situation.

Time: no time limit for work, we had to work till late night. No holiday, leave. You can't get sick in Feelwell, because if you feel sick your job can go, so you have to come to official even if you are in death bed.

I had worked with feelwell garments and accessories pvt ltd for 1 yr. There was no professionalism, you wouldn't get job security and job satisfaction, abusive language is being used by owner of co., Too much of politics. Company policies are getting changed day by day. Never join this company.

Worked here only for 1 month.Pathetic company to work.No job security,policy and processes changes as per lady owner's moods!Unmanageable deadlines and thrashing attitude of her.No job Security at all,she removes employees any time without giving any notice. Normal working timings are 10 to 7 but it goes upto 9 to 9.30 in evening. Attrition rate is very high due to her attitude.There is no training.
