The management is very supportive towards employees personal and professional growth. Their motto is to be a pioneer in changing the fashion industry norms where employees are poorly paid, no PF and Mediclaim facilities are given, no personal upliftment of an employee is done. They are so much into getting a culture where employeeis valued and not be treated as slave. They give emphasis on employees work-life balance a lot. They provide retirement benefits and term-insurance benefits to all employees. I had worked with feelwell garments and accessories pvt ltd for 1 yr. There was no professionalism, you wouldn't get job security and job satisfaction, abusive language is being used by owner of co., Too much of politics. Company policies are getting changed day by day. Never join this company.

Worked here only for 1 month.Pathetic company to work.No job security,policy and processes changes as per lady owner's moods!Unmanageable deadlines and thrashing attitude of her.No job Security at all,she removes employees any time without giving any notice. Normal working timings are 10 to 7 but it goes upto 9 to 9.30 in evening. Attrition rate is very high due to her attitude.There is no training....Read More
